comments from time to time and where possible we work hard to fix the relevant problem.

We've had a lovely stay; Higher Bowden is in a perfect location in the
countryside but yet within easy reach of Dartmouth etc. The facilities for
adults and children are excellent and the cottage and facilities were really
clean and tidy.

Wonderful holiday in a perfect location - the whole site & the cottage felt idyllic but really child friendly. Our 4 year old has named this "Super Devon" & we will definitely be back!

Family of 4 who stayed in Yeomans cottage in May 2010
I just wanted to drop you a very quick email to say how much we enjoyed our short break at Higher Bowden last week.
It was our first holiday as a family of four and the cottage (Yeomans) was ideal for our needs
- clean (I don't think the cooker had been used before),
comfortable and lovely to be in. The location is fantastic only a mile from the
beach was brilliant and both Tilly and Joshua loved their first trips to the beach
(although the wind was a bit fresh!). The facilities on site are superb - you should make more
of them in your website! Not only did they both love playing in the under 5s playroom
(Tilly is 2 and Joshua only 9 months) they also loved (as did Stephen and I) the swimming pool.
Just fantastic. We hope to be back again some time and are already looking forward to it -
and we won't be with you for just 4 days!

"I went to Higher Bowden one Saturday mourn
On the Higher Bowden website it didn't look a yawn
We finally left in the car after weeks and weeks of waiting
It felt so bloomin' far
But finally we were escaping
The busy city life
When we then arrived here
I was so amazed
I started out to see the view
And I felt quite dazed
Now its the end of my poem
But not the end of my stay
Here at Higher Bowden you will have fun everyday"

The "Smiffys" have had a lovely time & our cottage/ facilities were fantastic. Jessie who is nearly four would like to stop "4 more days". We will
definitely be back next year.

Lovely cottage & fabulous facilities. In spite of the weather we have enjoyed ourselves. There is plenty to do, even when it rains heavily.
We would like to return and see Devon in the sunshine!

Fantastic cottage, setting and location. Thank you for the helpful extras - stairgate (our baby started crawling here!), the blackout blind,
proper cot and bath towel which we had forgotten. We loved the walk to the beach - even the return!
